Pedestrian, no sense of urgency and so sloppy. Lacking pace, skill and creativity in midfield. So for me Richards on for Harper please Darren

Started off brightly then let Harrogate get in to the game more. Byers need to show up more in games like this, he’s a class above yet hardly noticeable. 

I think we’ve played well. Or at least started well and tailed off. Very wasteful with the final pass, imo Shorrock again the biggest culprit. I’d potentially look at making a change there  

For me Tolaj and Curtis were excellent and Harper also good just wasteful at the end. Need more from the others. 

I really like John at RCB with Clark outside him. 

These look a decent side to me as they did last time, keeper is excellent and I rate that Cb from Burton

Most frustrating for me is the lack of movement from midfield. Every time we roll it out and no one tries to come to hall or smith for a pass. What are we paying Byers for? Done nowt so far

and why have we started pissing about at the back aswell?

Vale done enough to be in the lead, hope it's not gonna be one of those games where we do everything but score and/or get caught by a sucker punch.

We've got more than enough to win this.
