    Very old-school League 2 game today overall. Frenetic, low on quality, plenty of chances, both sides could easily have won. Only difference was that it was competently and sensibly referreed. It was good to see us up for the physical challenge, and they certainly didn't lack effort. I hope some quality returns soon - Garrity was much better today after a low-key shocker on Tuesday, so hopefully he's turned a corner.

    If ever there was the perfect example of a Darren Moore win that was it. Was it pretty? No. Did it work? Yes!!!

    Get in there Vale. Huge bonus with Bradford tripping over at Accy too. Got the early kickoff monkey off our backs. Now it’s time for the midweek one.

    I’m somewhat relaxed whatever happens on this. Regardless how the game goes it’s ok for us. Best result obviously a draw but Walsall win it keeps the gap to Wimbledon or if Wimbledon win it means we have a shot at getting above them small timers in their own stadium next weekend. I’m comfortable with any of them.
