Rumours going round on twitter that Paddy mccourt from celtic is set to sign for us before the end of the transfer window. One celtic fan said he spoke to him today after training and he said he was on his way to us. Thoughts?

More likely to be Paddy Mcginity and his goat!

Are they mixing us up with Portsmouth? Or is it a plot by Celtic to upset the Rangers - Ashley - Vale link?

 

Portsmouth would make sense maybe. Weren't Liverpool after him once? Couldn't believe when checking twitter that it is actually on there. Bizarre to say the least.

Maybe we will be allowed to loan players as long as the club we have loaned from pays the full wage,other than that i cant see us being able to bring anyone in.

 

Having said this IF only we were allowed to bring in McCourt and Dickinson then we would certainly be more than capable of giving it a real go this season.
