I was talking about Rebecca Adlington's medal hopes. I think she'll get a silver in the 800 metres medley.

 

But since the subject has been raised, she seems like just the sort of girl you'd want to take home to meet your mother. You would, however, have to remove all the ornaments off the mantlepiece, in case she swung round quickly and knocked them off with her beak.

 

In the interests of gender equality, I would like to say that Sebastian Coe is a wand.

 

In keeping with this thread, I once heard a rumour that Rebecca Adlington once saved Kieth Ryder from drowning in the shallow end at Fenton baths. He's never fully recovered from this and occasionally sleepwalks in wet pyjamas whilst holding a brick.

Many on here no sod all, and the sources or friends they claim to be credible know sod all either.

 

Until an officiall statement is made one way or another everything else is just unwanted speculation.

Let's see if av got this rite with the rumour :) .. The FL have given KR the all clear which as not been on their website but KR dus not wont to pay this months wages .. Yer ok ... I will eat humble pie if this is the case but at the moment am not buying it ... HO yes ... MOLD are coming back and Glover is coming back as manager as Adams will be sacked with £200,000 compo ... Yes it all makes sense now

What makes you think they are coming back? The Football League and the administrators wouldn't let them anywhere near Vale...surely?

Thinking about it, and this is only because i'm bored, none of Jackson, Bratt or Meigh were involved in the club when we went into Admin. They had passed the baton onto lloyd, Oliver, Deakin and Miller. Therfore, it is plausable, in a very cruel and evil world, that the FA would let Bratt, Jackson and Meigh back in as they didn't directly place us into admin.
