£30 million upwards to build the new stadium.

£10 million upwards to convert the ground to include training pitches and to build a new hotel as part of the complex.

The only new revenue stream this produces is the hotel, and Vale are located in a  town in which long-standing hotels already struggle to make any profit.

Just can’t see us getting anymore than 500k for him due to the fact it’s Vale & any half decent money signs & we’ll prob take it. I’d be looking for more myself like you but don’t think we will get more than half a mill

Because there’s a set figure that academy graduates can go for based on their years with us (I think).
