When you read it, it blames Flitcroft for hiring previously relegated players or inexperienced ones, yet the ones with proven league 1 or Champ experience that the article suggests is needed would cost a lot more money.

Pretty damning indictment of what's been recruited when you look at the bigger picture. Downright awful recruitment.
