In League Two the theme of new signings seemed to be "the stats/numbers indicate he will perform well". In League One the theme seemed to be "the player aligns with our values".

Probably just <ovf censored> and always was <ovf censored>, but perhaps something of significance in how the approach to recruitment changed.

The stats / numbers are obviously flawed based on the rubbish on the field at the moment.

Get rid of the whole recruitment team as well as Flitcroft I would suggest because it obviously doesn’t work 

Do the recruitment team even leave their dark windowless room to come blinking into the real world?

David Flitcroft.

- Appointed a manager with next to Jo experience at this level without interviewing any other potential Calibre candidates in Andy Crosby, as nice of a guy he is he' no manager.

- Failed to replace arguably one of the best players at the time Connor Hall.

- Failed to replace Ellis Harrison who by no means was an out and out Goalscorer but was a useful player instead opting on utilising youngsters such as Odubeko and Josh Thomas or otherwise spending an actual budget on Ryan Loft who's numbers never indicated he was never going to be a success so ultimately he's brought a player in who essentially is a panic buy, in an area we've desperately needed to strengthen. How does that work Flickers? Where does the stats indicate that Ryan Loft would have been a successful signing given that he was out for most of last season and his goal return to appearances in nothing short of abysmal.

- Signs Williams on loan, whether injured or bad attitude you can decipher this in two ways. Didn't we sign players with 'Good references' from other clubs? If his attitude stinks surely his reference from Aberdeen would be <ovf censored> if he's been injured most of the season then surely that signings not justifiable. 

- insists on a 5 at the back formation yet we have 1 out and out fullback at the club I'd argue on Clark who has been out for ages, no out and out LWB. 

At the end of the day David Flitcroft is a DOF and his primary focus should be to build a culture and squad capable of competing in league one, he has failed.

A nice new scoreboard and pitch are useless to me if we are not the teaming winning on it, I am sorry.

Therefore he has to good it will turn toxic if it has not already and Carol needs to see sense, if not, then we will only decline. You've got my signature, Flitcroft out.

What chance did we have!!!! Some of these comments . Sang signed for midfield played there once , grant signed to play midfield played there once . Chasing loft all summer. Dan jones some of the best stats in this league and above. HIS RECRUITMENT HAS BEEN SHAMBOLIC

Think all of the Flitcroft out is in vain unless one person changes her mind.

We can quote all of the 'spin', make comments about players/systems. No need.

The league table tell us all we need to know.

Lets say we survive the drop. We've got most of this team again next season. Not sure whether I would rather us stay in League 1 getting battered every week or in League 2 winning a few games.🤪🤪🤪🤪🤪🤪🤪🤪🤪🤪🤪🤪🤪
