A 1,5 point per game average is pretty good and over a seson would have you just on the edge of the playoffs, duuna look like struggling to me.

Overall it’s not too shabby but it’s his only manager job to date unless you want to throw Macclesfield in there which was a disaster. He has bags of experience as a coach but nowhere near enough as a manager for me. Would be a huge risk in our situation right now

I shared it before & I'll share it again. This was the Lincoln chairman's reasons for sacking Kennedy...

"Kennedy, 47, became the first Lincoln manager in almost nine years to be dismissed rather than leave by mutual consent or move to another club.

In an interview with BBC Radio Lincolnshire, Scully added that style of play and development of talent under Kennedy were reasons for parting ways on Wednesday."

He isn't my first choice, but Kennedy would be nowhere near as bad as some are making out.

He'd be a bit of a John Askey appointment, imo - steady the ship for 18 months before being jettisoned

I’m with warren

Makes sense

I'm with nippy Naylor and werestayingup, it makes more sense to have DM, he's the only one who will galvanise the players and fans, I'll also stick my neck out again here, DM is a done deal, I'm 100% certain of that, just watch this space.

I was told Kennedy was 110% done. This was last Thursday. I was then told on Saturday morning that only one person had been interviewed and would be announced early this week. By different but trusted people. I'm not sure whether both refer to Kennedy but that's who I reckon it probably is.

My only slight hesitation is that I wonder whether Moore has applied for the job late in the day but he's asking for more than we can pay and we're trying to negotiate as we've realised he'd probably be the better option if we could get him. That journalist guy wouldn't mention his name without a firm source, there's no smoke without fire.

I was told by a reliable source that Moore applied on the Wednesday afternoon 🙄

And had 1 win in 12 games before that in his only other managerial job at macc. Some of the garbage I’ve heard today is next level hahahahaha

In fairness to him they had become a mess before he took them on with points being taken off them for not paying the players, hardly great for morale. His record at Lincoln is much more relevant and that form would do us fine. 3wins in 23 at Huddersfield ain`t great for Moore either and they haven`t missed him by the looks of it.

Whoever takes this job on will find it difficult and will need patience from the supporters.

Obviously the appointment needs to be made before Thursday. Two absolutely monumental games and the new manager will need the days on the training ground.

If Ryder is in charge against Cheltenham then the club wants liquidating.

Mate I’m more than happy with big DM 👍

Just if it isn’t him I can see the logic in kennerdy

Who would you consider a bad appointment then? I’m struggling to think of worse (unless we give it someone like Ryder)
