We all want to unite behind the new owner it's not the fans who are blocking it happening but the Football League and we are just left wondering why?.

Regarding the delay in purchase. I'm sure many fans recognise the months of frustrating bureaucratic delays when you're trying to buy a house, let alone a league football club.

The delay is nothing to do with money just Legal issues which to be fair can take an age when dealing with corporate solicitors.

I can't see anything that is stopping KR [Or the club], from keeping people informed at regular intervals including explaining the delay? That's the worry starting to emerge, the nightmare sinaro of having NO owner & release from admin MAY be just a few short weeks away!?.......

How can you start losing belief in somebody who hasn't even been appointed yet?

 

Anyway, after all these years of the club going backwards we can only go forwards from now on can't we?

I'm looking forward to the next few years at Vale & seeing what Ryder & his team can achieve at the club. It's in his best interests now afterall to make sure this happens or what would be the point in him buying the club in the first place? I have no doubt he will take us forward to the best of his ability, but feel we all have to stick together to see this happen. With the new fair play rules coming in & only being able to spend 55% of annual turnover it's going to be up to us what dictates how much we can spend on players wages & so on in the future, by spending money at the club & by going to watch the team play.

Of course it will be down to Ryder to sort out the commercial side of the club, sponsorship, events & so on to bring money in, but at the end of the day it's going to come down to the fans where we end up, in which division & so on.

I think that after all the effort the supporters put in last season to save the club & rid the place of certain individuals, it would be a travisty to now not grab the chance that we all have to see our club become great once again.

We've just all got to learn how to trust again & try & show Keith that we all do still want a football club, now & for the future.

Are supporters not allowed to query whats going on at their club, arent you allowed to just wonder if everything is OK. Just because people ask legitimate questions doesnt mean they are negative.

It would have been good to have been told wether the requested 'Additional information' had been sent.As we didn't know if it had or if it had not.What was KR trying to say when he said to Alex about the 18th?There has been very little news if any for weeks.The lack of news with the suggested date of 22nd fast approaching is what has led to rumours,confusion,concern.
