Remember when the liner and ref missed the blatant handball from Mal Benning against Swindon, 15 minutes into the 2nd leg? 
Completely transformed the trajectory of both clubs involved. We'd have lost and never reached Wembley. The livelihoods of the Swindon players were directly impacted.
Was he vermin and for making that mistake that day, or did we all overlook it as it benefitted our football team? Our football team won, so the mistake was fine? But when our football team lose, the mistake is so abhorrent that we cheer someone trying to assault the referee? Would we have cheered a Swindon fan for doing the same?

Right in front of us ! I thought it  was a foul on Chislett  so did everything else around!

You got be absolutely blinkered if you think we deserved anything from that game .

Along with Middlesborough and Derby and Bolton first half and Cheltenham it was a very poor display .

We were a shambles .

3 weeks off and they play like that. 

Vale all over 

Time move players on before the rot  sets in that are serial underachievers at the club .

The captain deary me .

Is this possession football we are supposed to play a myth as I can't see any. All I see is slow indecisive passing across the back 3 and deep lying midfield with eventually someone saying bugger this I'll give it back to Ripley who hoofs it up to their centre half with none of our players challenging. Maybe it's like one of those "magic eye" pictures but I'm not seeing the picture

I imagine that the coked-up tool who invaded the pitch won't be watching any Vale games for a long time.

It doesn't seem fair that he's being rewarded.

Perhaps the individual who went on to the pitch did it purposely to get a ban, with a view to saving his own sanity, as he can’t stop himself from attending Vale games. I think this makes him a victim, can the club afford to lose a supporter.

History repeating itself. We play Pompey at home, the referee gives an absolute howler of a decision against us and a fan reacts and goes onto the pitch.
