Big ask, but if we can somehow get it to Cambridge Utd at home winner stays up what a final game of the season that would be.

Even if it came to this game.  Win or draw we stay up - the players would go missing.  They are bottlers and have shown it numerous times in big games, come to think of it small games as well.

Sorry but we will be down before we get to this game.

League 2 is a Certainty.

I know a lot of fans will not agree with me.

But to get out of League 2 next season we need Steve Evans.

The man is universally hated, I know, but he thrives on that and makes his teams play like that.

We need a siege mentality and a winning one and for League 2, he is the best around.

If I’m right, when we go into next weeks game we will have won 0 games in 85 days.

As it stands, to have any hope of staying up, we will need to win a minimum 4 games in the 35 days from next Saturday.

Good luck with that then.

One team always beats the drop when they’ve looked doomed for ages. Let’s hope it is us this year.

Why would any manager leave a promotion chasing League One club to go for a League Two club that is in a right old mess?

Why would Steve Evans drop from being in a League One play off position to a League Two team without us spending a lot of money to pay Moore off and then appoint him?

Plus do you really think Steve Evans would work under he-who-shall-not-be-named?

As 3 of our last 4 games are at home chances are we will be relegated in one of those. I am going for Wycombe on the Tuesday night.

Well we're unlikely to win again. 4 of next 5 are away. So possibly 1 point from next 15 at best.

I'll plump for Peterborough. 137 Vale there for a 5-0 thumping. A 5th game in a row without scoring against Peterborough. But that's OK, they've a bigger budget.

I would have hope if we had wing backs in the squad.
I would have hope if we had full backs in the squad.
I would have hope if we legs and quality in the midfield.
I would have hope if our centre backs weren’t atrocious most weeks.
I would have hope if we had wingers who can create.
I would have hope if our top goalscoring striker had more than 3 league goals.
I would have hope if the majority of them weren’t pathetic, no hopers.
I would have hope if we had some sort of quality on the pitch.
I would have hope had we got more than 9 points from our last 48 available at home.

The hope can’t even kill me anymore.

There is no hope.
