If it last from now until May possibly,  then he wouldn’t be here next season as he'd move to a bigger club. Personal view is we will be slightly better second half of the season. 62 - 65 points and 12th - 10th in the league. I think he's on a one year contract, he'll get a 2 year deal if he achieves that.

Every football manager will have ups and downs. That is football. Even managers like Arteta and Guardiola. Most managers have a preferred system of playing. 
 

I know that some of the performances have not been great this season and Andy Crosby has been rightly criticised, but he should also be commended for the positives this season. We have played some fantastic football this season and we have sorely missed Wilson and a number of key players being fit. For me football is about momentum and building confidence. Hopefully we can now go on a decent run and build on the last few matches. 
 

We have got to a league cup quarter final and we currently sit 14th in the league on 29 points. What were people expecting? We have got something that we can build on. I m all for criticising but we can’t be blind to the positives.

Funny how we beat Blackpool fairly comfortably when we are not playing tippy, tappy, boring possession football.
