you really hate smith don't you! what other options do we have? look at the bench, balmer & an out of form yak. Smith is our best defender however much you dislike that fact or how out of form he's been recently. Keeping him out the team isn't going to help but Cros will play him left side of the back 3 so hanging him out to dry yet again 🤦🏼‍♂️

Hoping for the best. Risky starting both young lads but I think he’s making a point in that the recruitment hasn’t been good enough and the ‘pros’ such as Massey have been a disgrace. Him and grant should be a little embarrassed. 

I dont mind the manager giving them both a go after the horror show the likes of Massey served up on Tuesday (especially when Massey is the alternative) but I can’t see us getting us a result here 

Lowe in midfield again is a bigger issue to me.

Massey & Grant have been terrible for the majority of the season. Get them benched i say i think it's a good decision. Yes the kids are inexperienced but they won't offer any less than who they've replaced. Not like Walters is tapping Garritys place is it 😂

Yeah exactly that. Massey I expected to be useless again this season but grant has been a massive let down for me. 

Can’t make tonight (un)fortunately as I’m away with the Breadknife. I like the look of the team in some respects, albeit am slightly concerned that either Devine or Garrity will have to sacrifice themselves to do the grunt work in midfield (not Garrity’s game at all IMO) but it is what it is. I’ve no idea what the result will be but can’t see us keeping a clean sheet. 

To he honest looking down the lineup this team will go as Alfie and Willo do which I expect to be the theme for the rest of the season. If both Ben and Jack can trap a ball that instantly upgrades on Massey and while I actually like Grant if they can run at a half decent clip then that adds something there.

Wow , am I hallucinating, Crosby is playing 2 centre forwards and the young lads Lomax and shorrock has he been visiting the one vale fan site looking at the posts , lol

Lowe will play in the back 3 I think. Garrity, Devine in the middle with Chizz in the number 10 slot.

He has expressed the same anti-Smith viewpoint in 378 previous matchday threads, across a few different accounts. Here is to another 378 matchday threads with him bemoaning Smith being the the team!
