Not personally sure who the manager is going to end up being but their first job is to get rid of the dead wood. And I'd personally say 2nd of all be a catalyst for the fans to come together and be one. Again as many fans have different opinions on the DC exit DF etc. 

I remember last season little things like the 'stick together stay strong believe' and togetherness of the squad really rubbed off onto the fans, which in turn helped them, the players deliver especially in the big games like the play offs.
