Nerver felt down after a Vale win but that was one of the worst, most boring, dull, uneventful games i've ever endured.

 

The crowd was shocking and this club will not survive with levels of attendance like that. None the less, a well taken goal and a much needed three points. Well Done Rico, Tommo and Lofty.

 

Its league 2 what do you expect, and that is a good attendence!

so it wasn't the polished football performance last night, but we did what we needed to do - we got the three points.

 

Rico could of had a hatful but was unlucky in front of goal, Lofty was immense again, Yatesy had a good solid comeback, young Joe settled in well aided by Boom Boom, and Popey made a great impact when brought on.

 

Micky and the Boys are having a hard time, as we are, lets stick together.

 

Remember, we won, got three points, no more injuries, and move further away from the danger zone as the other teams below mainly failed to win.

 

MA is having a rough time at the club no doubt fending off more than we realise.

I to was disappointed in the crowd last night but just running through last nights other attendances it doesn't seem too bad.

So all in all considering that we are playing for nothing against a team in the bottom 2 with a following of less that 100, on a Tuesday night. I don't think it was a bad crowd.

 

This season for me can be written off, lets get the new buyers in and start to think about next season hopefully with some investment and a good start to the season the crowds will pick up and we can get Vale park rocking again.

this game was everything i expected really i dont see what people expect the lads have been kicked and knocked about so much in the last month they just feel all the hard work that they had put in as been wasted, yes they are proffesional footballers but people can only take so much i think it as effected certain players more rigg and marshall look shadows off the players that played against burton and ripped them to pieces. davies looks a superb player for the future and could and maybe should have scored with a great header. but we kept plugging away and got our reward in the end. lets just hope we can keep some players for next season or we could have a massive rebuilding job on our hands.

Shocking game only made good by the goal and a couple of great saves by Tomo, one in particular that was good enough to win us the game, otherwise it was boring flat and depressing.

 

That's hardly likely to encourage the stayaways to turn up is it ;)

 

Vale won, 1000s watched that win and were part of it, the players and management did well under the circumstances..well done all round

Good result but most memorable moment was the tannoy announcer urging fans to join the players in showing their respect for "Patrice Muamba".

Poor performance due mainly to a poor midfield. Their number 8 was the dominant character in there, we scored after they surprisingly took him off.

The time-wasting of the Hereford players was shocking. They came for a 0 0 draw and looked like they'd get it.

Davis looked good to me, deserves to be kept in the starting 11 on that performance. An encouraging performance from Sam Morsy too in my opinion, got stuck, showed good strength and some good range of passing.
