As the title says what I want to know is how did MOLD ever intend to get away with announcing that the BSI deal was worth 8 Mil, when in fact it was worth significantly less? Surely they knew that we'd all find out eventually. They must be deludes (is that a word) of the highest order.

How anyone could possibly believe that a company with £1m turnover pa was going to invest £8m in a failing, badly run business in a foreign country is beyond belief. Why do you think the board wouldnt be more specific or answer any questions. Mugs , sure enough.

It was clear that it was all BS from the start to go with all the other BS we've been fed. Those who voted for the board have a lot to answer for.

I posted something similiar recently.

 

It was'nt just the BSI deal, Deakin said that there was a significant increase in advertising from the commercial department as well as the shares issue.

 

All of the figures given by the club could not be proven. They must have known they would be found out but obviously thought they could ride the scandal out and continue to milk the club for every penny they could get.

 

Now they know different === and are trying to implement a damage limitation exercise to try and save face.

Spot on.As soon as both the AGS and the BSI deals were announced some of more astute supporters did some digging and sent out alerts.AGS hit the buffers but there were links straight away to BSI.But would the board listen to fans.NO they would not,even though there was more and more being found out about them and was published.But the board insisted everything was fine and it was a good deal.To top it all off they constantly told us about the due diligence they had done on other potential investors.Well their due diligence failed big time on both of these.Which begs the question how much did they do on these others that were turned down,and was it to the same very poor standard.

They were "hoping" that lottery funding and government grants would pay for the developments of CW, Dimensions and community out reach projects (?). i.e anybody but them !!

 

In their deluded vision, they did not care as long as their press announcment number was greater than Mo's £5m plan for the Championship :( (In my view)

They gambled that some Vale fans were stupid/gullable/idiotic and that at the same time all the board members were the same as well as only interested in protecting their own investment rather than our short term future.

The saddest thing is they are still, NOW, getting away with it. Until the law takes an interest, they will continue to pay themselves huge wages and perks. Where is the money coming from? Playing budget, gate receipts and loans on the ground. They are laughing in our faces as they destroy PVFC. Then after we're history they'll do it elsewhere too.
