Norm's quite keen to have it off.

Gorman will want the game off, so he does not have to see Vale fans protesting, rioting and beating him up again. Even tho the protests will be non-violent and just noisy, so he gets the message fans have lost faith in anything he says or does concerning the Vale. But you know the way he changes it around, so he looks like the victim.

The one that says it's going to be -2 overnight and only warm up to above freezing by 11am? Do you really think that, given the temperatures over the last few consecutive days, 4 hours at a maximum of 3 degrees prior to kick off time is enough to thaw out the pitch? Get real man. Any oppotunity to critcise anything Port Vale.

Metoffice showing it down to -3 overnight and barely scraping 2c during the day and freezing up until late morning/lunch. Identical temperatures today so if frozen now at 2c it was never realistically going to be any different tomorrow unfortunately.

 

If ever a postponement was convenient this weekend is it to sort the managerial mess out and get Pope and Whitfield back.
