I saw a tweet today with a still screenshot of one of the documentaries about Barry Bennell. It showed a letter letter from CAFC confirming the amount of expenses that he was able to claim from the club for having children stay at his house. It directly contradicts their defence.

 

I also notice the barrister defending Crewe is the same bloke who defended Stoke in their Peter Fox Deep Heat case.

I have been told that it was stated by Crewe that They were happy for youngsters to stay at the coach's house as Crewe couldn't afford to pay hotel costs. Does anyone else know what was actually said about this, because if true would also go against their pathetic defence.

Quite a bizarre direction for Crewe to take when there is so much evidence to the contrary.
