with the introduction of three new players on loan and millers statement via carpetman have the board given themselves a bit of breathing space?

my own feeling is i still can't believe them and i still want them to face up and attend a meeting as they promised at the bgwmc to begin to regain the trust they have lost

i feel we are somehow stuck in limbo

Of course they should have more time - they've only been here a couple of months. The previous regime didn't **** things up overnight, and things wont be fixed overnight.

As fans we dont have the right to know all the intimate details of all the deals and nogotioations taking place. Lets review the actions and outputs in May.

Yes they did, they were potless, and hocked us to the hilt.

Miller set the timescales when to judge him, he has about 7 weeks left

I now think it will be results on the field more than the malarky that goes on off it that will be crucial to what happens, tomorrow is a big game but then we have a break due to no cup game so yes they do have some breathing space for now!

Totally agree. GOT to start getting results soon though.

they have bought them selves time if we win 2morro .

So 3 points will paper over the cracks that 2 Directors might not have paid for their shares.

Not paying for their shares could mean a big point reduction if we go into admin..... along with the point deduction they get if we go into admin.....So you you are right 3 points will make a difference a big difference

We could end up like Luton................seems to me that the SC and a handful of others are the only ones that are bothered.

Nonsense. Were a fan owned club a owners we deserve the right to know the details about the new chairman who by the looks o it got the club on the cheap

The supporters club has taken a positive step in seeking to meet the chairman and other board members and that will create a forum for constructive questioning and feedback. The chairman made a very useful statement on the website ahead of the supporters club meeting. It must be remembered that the directors have been elected to manage by the shareholders to whom they are accountable within the framework of the club's constitution. Fans are valued customers and don't own the club unless they are also shareholders. Provided the club is in compliance with the Companies Act and affairs via Companies House are in order there isn't the slightest prospect of the supporters club and fans being able to have recourse to legal means to force the club to release information. I understand that was one of their resolutions last night. If there is a genuine concern about the lawfulness of directors' actions, which there doesn't seem to be, then a complaint could be made to the Department of Business, Innovation and Skills who may investigate if a complaint appears to have credibility.

Time for calm and objectivity and getting behind Micky Adams and the team”

In your wealth of experience, what would happen if the company articles state £ 50,000 worth of shares have to be purchased to be a director yet there maybe one or two directors who have not purchased the shares ?
