Not paying for their shares could mean a big point reduction if we go into admin..... along with the point deduction they get if we go into admin.....So you you are right 3 points will make a difference a big difference

Nonsense. Were a fan owned club a owners we deserve the right to know the details about the new chairman who by the looks o it got the club on the cheap

The chairman made a very useful statement on the website ahead of the supporters club meeting. It must be remembered that the directors have been elected to manage by the shareholders to whom they are accountable within the framework of the club's constitution. Fans are valued customers and don't own the club unless they are also shareholders. Provided the club is in compliance with the Companies Act and affairs via Companies House are in order there isn't the slightest prospect of the supporters club and fans being able to have recourse to legal means to force the club to release information. I understand that was one of their resolutions last night. If there is a genuine concern about the lawfulness of directors' actions, which there doesn't seem to be, then a complaint could be made to the Department of Business, Innovation and Skills who may investigate if a complaint appears to have credibility.
