Well I recently had a full medical checkup and although my weight falls into the old style Obese levels, the Doctors now assess weight based on muscle, lifestyle, family history etc. In fact when I played football and didn't carry an ounce of fat, my weight to height classed me as obese yet I was fit as a fiddle. BMI is no longer the be all and end all as body builders with near zero body fat, have high BMI but that is down to muscle content, those are the words of my doctor. She said my weight isn't an issue so i'll take her opinion ta

Don't think any Vale fan is going elsewhere, they are just not coming to Vale Park. I myself will still attend but its in my blood and can't help myself.

I've followed them for 30 years and this is possibly the worst team I have seen in this time.

How long have you followed the Vale?

My first game was 89. IMO this is worst Vale team since then. Infact when I think of players we've had down the years as opposed to now, I could weep.

91 wasn't great and the Foyle / Sinnott season was abysmal but at least most of the players had heart. Currently we have around 5 players that care.
