He is only a handful because he hasn't got a clue what he is going to do, so defenders have no chance of knowing. Having said that he invariably controls the ball further than most people can kick it or heads it straight up in the air or gets knocked off the ball. I can't fault his effort, but his technical ability is to limited to give him a chance of being any good at any level. The fact we paid a fee for such "quality" shows what a fool Norman is.
