Improve his decision making? The man is mid-50s. That ship sailed many moons ago. I'm amazed the man has become a millionaire. One would think that would require shrewd acumen and very precise decision making. We have seen none of this.
Far easier to make money from property if you have capital to start with, than football.

So, he's not going to sell any time soon, then?

 

His expecting to recoup all his 'investment' is ludicrous. If he'd invested foolishly on some terrible shares, for example, would he expect somebody else to come along and buy them off them for the same money?

 

If yes, then he's got the same mental illness that Trump has got - he's totally delusional!

Yep. Buy it on the cheap, sell it for slightly more. Do that over and over again and you make a tidy sum. Probably why the kidda prefers plucking players out of obscurity for next to nothing. That business model rarely works in football. Do you think he understands that one now?

One week to go and it's 1st May.Rumour suggests that there will be an announcement about the club being sold or not.(Wait and see on that)We then have till the end of May before season ticket prices go up.So during that month the club have got to let the fans know officially (no rumours)what the hell is happening.Is Smurf staying,leaving.What about the manager staying or released?We need to know what is happening with the players.What the future holds,what can we look forward to.The club have got to do a lot to encourage fans to part with the money for a season ticket.If the take up is low during the May offer then the sales after May will be zilch,diddly squat,nothing,nowt,zero.It all up to you Smurf and Colin.Time to get the info out and tempt the fans to part with their money.Give them something to start to believe that there is a future there is light at the end of the long dark tunnel.

Does he have a plan to get us back up next season? If he wants his money back, we need to be League One at the very least. No one is going to pay over £2m for a League Two on its backside.
