I honestly don't think Smurf will sell. I don't believe he has been motivated purely by making money, why else would you ever buy Vale?

 

The appeal with Vale, which is actually a strong selling point, is the absolute control he has. He has a high profile in the community, gets regular press attention and gets plenty of FA dinners and events to go to.

 

Sell and he goes back to being a lonely, anonymous radiator repair heir with a property portfolio.

The budget needs cutting again as I have put far too much of my own money against the value of the club. If you'd actually shut up and just bought the season tickets to watch the stuff served up this year, we would not be in this position.
