We have a 'one price fits all' policy, which is clearly wrong because our consumer base will be diverse and have many differing price preferences. By your logic, nobody would ever go corporate or hire a box.

Employing 2/3 graduates from Staffs/Keele on 16k/year would achieve this type of result and would clearly have a huge impact on the image of the club, customer retention and satisfaction.

 

Instead we've spent 10 minutes on a spreadsheet. Same. Old. Vale.

Even the Smart Art template wizards in Microsoft Office these days give a fairly professional looking result.

I got an email from the club today about season tickets for next season. I know this because it said so in the subject line. The body of the email itself was empty.

Fortunately, mine came with text content.

We really are a tin pot club aren't we. Non league clubs are better run than us. Can see why people don't bother with Vale anymore. Were miles behind with the times its scary.
