I got my ticket at 11am, they said just the Lorne st, but at the legends match, they advertised, on the score board, the new shirts available after the match from the club shop. I went round and the shop was shut, so it could be anyone's guess.

Well I'm proud I took my boy his first match today but we lasted 20 minutes before he got bored and wanted leave so back in Leek now! Shame really in the brief time was there saw some promising stuff from both wingers and the big Dutch man up front, Tavares is sure to be a hit and Smith may just make the grade this time, only small negative for me in the early stages is Streete still looks ropey hopefully he picked up after I left.

Yes, lots of good play without creating too much, which I fear is going to be a problem for us this season. Cecilia is a very tidy player with good feet but not sure he's going to score too many for us, especially if he's not getting a lot of chances created for him.

 

Tyson and Hooper on the 2nd half, should give us more of a threat going forward and on the break.

Great Alnwick stop to keep us level after a swift Wolves break. Dude ran the most of the field with the ball as we were badly caught out after a shocking ball into the box.
