Given Smurf's loss of interest in the Club and the likely sale of some of the business, I reckon that Page must be immune from the sack until any deal is done.

 

Smurf ain't going to cough-up any pay-off and so can we look forward to more ***** on the pitch until a new owner takes over?

 

Page will be safe from the sack because there is no need at all to sack him...he hasn't been outstanding BUT he has been decent,we just need to improve our away record a little

We are doing well. Sadly mid table league 1 isn't mediocrity for us. The 6 years in league 2 was much worse.

Some posters seem to think middle of division 3 is where we should be or is at least acceptable... page seems to think its punching above our weight... Im not saying we should be higher but we should try to achieve.

Some people have long memories too, I remember spending a long time in division 4 but also remember how much better we were in division 2... but we didnt get there by accepting where we were as the norm
