Should he stay or should he go darlings let me know ?

Recommended Posts

Following the dire performance today towards the end of the game I found myself reflecting not only why a professional team in the vale could not beat a team of part timers. But also why does our owner expect that we continue to invest our money and even more our time into watching players with no desire or pride in our shirt.

We continue to hear about your (loans) investments to our club. We apparently are happier to be at the top of league two. You picked page as our manager.

How many of us think he should go ?

I'm sure as a football fan u have ups and downs today if I was there it would have been a down ,as I didn't go i cannot comment on today's game .

However I went Burton away and what I saw didn't please me in the slightest ,yes Page we went down to ten men but don't give me it was acceptable to defend the rest of the game and not push up the pitch and show folk we can rise to the occasion and show some proper Valiant spirit.

At home the performances have generally been quite good but if we get knocked out the cup at the first hurdle he has to go for the simple reason it kills the season .

It also has very huge financial implications ,a big cup ties brings in revenue and folk out there homes .

Beat Maidenhead and progress if not the axe will fall on him and maybe the club altogether.

With poor performances one in last 7, falling attendances, obsession with playing same team irrespective of the oppositions strengths or weaknesses, Huge squad including at least 10 players not good enough for league 1 and reluctance to give some of the fringe players eg Hooper a chance when we haven't got a natural striker unfortunately means HE HAS TO GO.

After a solid and entertaining start, we are slowly sinking towards a relegation battle. The early season fizz and exciting play has vanished, to be replaced with the more familiar clueless, slow bore-ball tactics. To do nothing could be disastrous for the club, so sadly it's a yes from me.

Is it 8 wins in 33?

2 away wins in 8 months?

Can't beat a team from the conference south. At home.

Can't add up sums to accomodate enough strikers in his squad.

The answer is very obvious now. Has been for weeks. How many fans will be surprised and even throw a backlash against the club if he gets sacked tomorrow?

Very few i would guess.
