EGM Update (NLV)

NLVMalc

Recommended Posts

Friday 18th March

North London Valiants are continuing to finalise their detailed strategy to allow the voice of shareholders to be heard at an EGM of Port Vale Football Club.

The fan led group wish to deal with this entire process diligently and professionally, and to ensure these actions follow due process.

NLV maintains its intention to call an EGM at the earliest opportunity and the group remain committed to doing so. This is to ensure the board engage with shareholders, supporters, and other key stakeholders; something the current board have comprehensively failed to achieve to date.

A further update will be released on Tuesday 22nd March.

2VB a location for the EGM need's to be considered away from VP, if it is well attended there won't be any room and the board will put it off due to health and safety.

Sound's silly but I wouldn't put it past them.

Thanks JJJ.

A good point.

Please keep feeding your thoughts through.

(I am presuming of course JJJ, you in no way mean the health and safety of the board :ninja:)

I think initially you have to request that the directors call the meeting.

If they don't, the shareholders then have the power to do it themselves.

I did email Mr Bratt the results and asked for comments.

No back as yet.

That's disappointing - there was a board meeting this morning.

I find it very interesting that the current fans' representative on the board, Lindon Roberts, wasn't present, yet Stephen Plant was.

Just another sign of the closed shop that Virus 2001 operate.

Honest and open my Ass.
