I admire the efforts of NLV and everyone else involved, but in light of recents facts (Robbie Williams), do we really think an EGM is a wise move??...I'm not so sure.

It just means things have to be pretty much spot on now in terms of the timing of the EGM and getting everybody in place who needs to vote.

But without RW's vote, even a resolution requiring 51% (ie removal of directors) is near impossible.

 

I'm concerned it will play into the boards hands.

Fundamentally nothing changes. the board position is a strong one, but we only need 50% +1 to vote them off.
