How to avoid defeat on a Tuesday:

Play on Wednesday/any other day

Win or draw the Tuesday match

Don't turn up

Switch the floodlights off before kick off to get the match postponed

Bribe the ref..with crockery or something similar

Only play on Tuesday when the other team has played on Sunday...gives us a better chance anyway

Some good ideas there JA,

I would say that I feel your second suggestion is a bit far fetched but dont let that discourage you, just shout out the first thing that comes into your head in the usual brainstorming fashion.

On the bribing with crockery Idea I do have a couple of nice clarice cliff items ready for the referee next time we draw Sjoke in the cup.

Your p takes and those of the other 2 or 3 only show your lack of imagination, ideas and obsessive clinging to the standard, the group normality. .

It's beyond ridiculous!!!

only because you are so set in your ways, and so keen to cause a little group to attack any possible new idea that you fail to see anything else as having a possible beneficial outcome. If you were born 1000 years ago youd laugh at anyone who said the world wasn't flat. .

obviously you hadn't seen your own reply, *********. You are the sad one as you are doomed to a life of eternal boredom and lack of imagination.

Lack of imagination? Eternal boredom? Keep taking the pills

I'm not sure calling some one a ******* is anywhere near wishing death on someone- for not agreeing with your daft ideas.

Just been perusing this seasons fixtures and fortunately,we only have one more league game at home on a Tuesday night and guess what,it's against Blackpool on November 24th.I'm sure we can win that and bring this dreadful Tuesday run to an end.

Well the original post did say it was about next season onwards, but you are correct in the league. We could have an FA Cup replay or two at home as well though, and maybe those at the club aren't as small-minded and unimaginative as some on here and might want to consider a Wednesday match if that happens.

It may well make no difference to the gate changing days, I just object to both someone saying it is ridiculous to suggest something meant to be positive, and even more so to the ********* mentality of a troublemaker who basically agreed with the idea earlier in the thread, then sniffed a gang mentality of a p iisstake and couldn't wait to join in like a pathetic pre-pubescent bully seeing a chance to be part of the group. He's already got Carl banned and will end up with just his little hangers-on to be on here 24-hours a day and cheat his employers.

We have previous I think regarding "incentives" involving crockery ?
