I dunna watch England canna be arsed with them sad to say but there's no pride in the national team anymore

Any pride in your Nationality and you are considered racist...we are not England any more we are the 'Multinational EU UK'.

Did the job expected, no more. Milner should never have started, and neither should Vardy. He's a tryer but is out of his depth at this level. Shelvey was decent - If he can get switched on mentally he has the potential to be one of the best midfielders in the country.

Shelvey did look good, interesting to see him against better opposition. Thought Shaw and Clyne looked good going forward, Barkley has a creative pass in him but didn't seem to get in the game much.

Isn't that Barkley all over? He's able to produce one moment of brilliance at any moment, but spends the majority of the game barely in it. If he's ever going to become anything like a great player he really needs to stamp his authority on games more.

Shelvey's always had the ability but has had a poor attitude in the past that has held him back. Ability wise alone he could be Gerrard level, but doesn't seem to have the same dedication to the sport for whatever reason.

Watching Wales its clear they have a world class talent in Bale.

Watching England and our supposed world class talent in Rooney is embarassing.

Somebody was bound to break Charltons record with the amount of internationals played. Just happens to be Rooney very soon. However most of his international goals have been scored against woeful opposition. And he was woeful himself during his 58 minute cameo today against one of the worst sides in europe.

I long for the day he retires and our whole plan doesnt revolve around the useless waste of space.

Tend to agree..he's never looked fit enough. Mind you he was interviewed on the radio this week and maybe he's taken that on board..extra training, weights and even getting a chef in at home to sort out his diet so maybe the penny had dropped
