Well done Norman for a complete and utter ticketing screw up. Having purchased 3 tickets for WBA on Tuesday with my 3 season tickets, I returned this morning to purchase the other 3 tickets I required. Only to be told that we would definitely be required to sit in our allocated, numbered seats!! The whole point was we were going as a family, not to be split up and sit in different parts of the ground. So thanks to your ridiculous decisions not to take the full allocation, then to only allow ST holders to buy one ticket, and then slap them in the face by allowing non ST holders to purchase as many as they wanted, this has meant three very disappointed and disillusioned Vale fans who now can't go to watch The Vale at WBA. Give yourself a massive round of applause 😡 ‪#‎PVFC‬

 

Couldn't you hand in the 3 tickets you already had and have another 3 with the ones you bought as a block? Seems the best way to me. The ticket office could then put your original tickets back on sale at no loss to anyone.

If everyone is happy why has someone started a thread about paying on the day? I expect the difficulty in obtaining tickets in the required quantities to enable groups of family or friends to sit together has reduced the demand.
