A horrible, cheating little oik! As has been said Garner is all that is wrong with the modern game in terms of diving, play acting and conning officials.

 

He shouldn't be nominated on principal even if he's scored 30 goals as footballers are supposed be 'role models' to youngsters! Sadly the current disease of 'cheating' in the game will never be removed whilst players like him are rewarded(whatever their performance aside from their antics). I've said all along the governing bodies and then referees need to grow some balls and send off players like Garner the first time they do anything on a match day. A 3 match ban here and there and buggers will soon cut it out! Fining them will do no good you need to stop them playing.

 

I agree with Jacko, Delle Alli is just the same, it's sad that a talent like him and a possible star of the next few years in English football is a namby, pamby, big girls blouse if anyone tackles him!

 

I understand that Delle is joining Spurs at the end of the season,he should fit perfectly into PL football.:rolleyes:

No thanks, he is what you called him and that means a very nasty smell. Bad enough 2 or 3 times a season, not every game thanks.

Common sense has gone out the window. Even if he does score goals, he displays bad sportsmanship, as witnessed on Friday night .

There are quite a few of them doing it though throughout the league. They don't make them like they used to. As a poster said on the FA Cup reruns

thread, Bryan Robson was left winded after a challenge , dusted himself off and got on with the game. The game has gone soft.

He would get us into the play offs no problem. He may be a huge *** but he's an excellent striker at this level.

 

Player of the year should have been freeman for Bristol.

I certainly can Al that's why he should never have won it. It's paramount to rewarding a good player who unfortunately is a cheat.
