I have to echo all the negative comments that are flying around re our recent performances. They are dire,if it wasn't for the fact I have a season ticket I would not be attending.

However on o positive note Norman reduce the entrance fee for the Fleetwood game to a tenner.Advertise it now and put them on sale immediately.

Who knows we could need this support to stave off relegation.

Massive PR exercise.

People please stop moaning!!!!!!! Mid table is actually a good finish for a club our size. We don't have a lot of money to throw around, we don't have a huge fan base! Orient gillingham Barnsley and even clubs in league two are bigger than us yet were above them. We've won a good proportion of our home games, and the poor shows have been fairly rare. Let's change the mood and be positive!!!!!!

Of course Smurf is watching - that's why he's a millionaire. He knows what he is doing for himself and all things Port Vale

trouble is too many people expect continuous success on and off the pitch. Would you not be content with a mid table finish given where we were a few months back.

In all seriousness we are a mid table side that will win some and lose some! If you want continued success you have to look elsewhere.

Continued success?

3 promotions in 20 years.

Bristol away on Tuesday & Walsall away on Sat. - Vale at the moment on 36 points.

Crewe at home to Yeovil on Tues. & home to Fleetwood on Sat. - Crewe at the moment on 32 points.

Can't see Vale getting any points at Bristol. So points are a must at Walsall, 'cause if Crewe win both home games they will have 38 points.

Hope that Page brings in Campion, Luer and O'Sullivan to start.

Selecting a team and a strategy not to lose is a negative approach to home games, its unattractive and boring to watch, it wont inspire the fans to shout for the team and long term wont encourage ST sales.

I dont care about clean sheets as long as we score more than the opposition.... you have to give the fans some sort of entertainment if you want them to return or buy STs... the manager saying he has faith wont cut the ice when the tumbleweed starts rolling across the oppositions defensive area

I don't want to sit bored to death watching slow paced passing around and not getting anywhere after giving the ball away due to poor off the ball movement. I want to see a team fighting to win possession, getting I'm the oppositions faces and a high tempo game with a mixture of long / short football and actually creating chances.

I'm not buying this supposed new Page football as yet, because it's just Micky Adams without his motivation and slow, lethargic ineffective passing.

If you want any chance of getting your money back SMURF, then I'd look long and hard at the management / coaching staff and put together an experienced duo that have been there and done it, who have the contacts and desire to get this club promoted.
