Point better than none. Not sure if the players should be wearing masks and have black and white stripped shirts on. They certainly robbed Bradford. They will be gutted by the result.

Daniel injured so super birchall comes on, fed up of him getting so many chances when he just isn't good enough.

Two new lads both signed on a month loan, surely they have to play; nope one of them gets 5 mins.

Finally campion gets put on, again from a losing position.

Page please play two up top at home, pope was completely isolated all first half.

 

Overall thought we were very poor and didn't deserve a point, page has once again been saved by a last minute goal.

I shall be at The Bescott next week--who knows, maybe a clean sheet and an away win? However to offset that 'Xmas wish' Walsasll had a good away result themselves today, so I expect a hard task next Saturday!

Bycarsbill. We will not have another clean sheet for the rest of the season. We need to have two strikers on the pitch to score more than them and have the attacking mentality.

Was also very dissappointed that lines was chosen to be subbed at half time. Yes campion came on who should have started but lines should not have been subbed. It should have been brown who's been off the pace for weeks.

Page seems to prefer playing 45 minutes of football as opposed to the usual 90...and yet again he appears to have chosen a starting 11 based on which of his favourite players are available. I'm pretty sure if Williamson was fit he would've played 442 so why he didnt start campion is beyond me.

 

Tactically disappointed in the manager yet again.

 

Wouldn't be surprised if he started with Willo on Tuesday.

Games can only be won by scoring goals and playing with one striker limits the chances of scoring.

 

The defence are continually making mistakes and can't keep a clean sheet, so Vale must score two or three a game.

 

Vale must start with two strikers like as in this weeks second half. Pope and Campion together should be given a chance.

Got out of jail there. Another wretched team selection by Page which handed the initiative straight to the opposition. Not a single effort at goal in the first half. Duffy , Dicko, and Lines were appalling with Pope isolated until the substitution. How on earth was Yates dropped with such shockers as Dicko and Duffy allowed to carry on?. McGivern and Yates , even though they are not world beaters, should replace them. Neal was easily MOM, the sponsors choice must have been dig at Page. We will not sell STs with this bloke in charge.

Agree with what others are saying - we can't keep clean sheets so why play so negatively with one up top - the only way we are gonna win is by out scoring the opposition.
