Robbie won't vote. Position is clear and he will not take sides to avoid damage to his PR.

 

This is all hype over the anti board vote. We spoke to two shareholders with 25k between them that were anti, but will now vote for. It does seem the none bias view is that the board vote is growing and only the hard core members are left in the battle. This is the real shame that the club will split one way or another.

 

Desperate words from a deflated pro board camp, well when I say camp I mean five man tent.

 

RW PR will be damaged if he abstains, communication with RWHQ have been plenty so we will see on Wednesday on what his decision is.

 

The board are increasingly desperate and will try all sorts of tricks to discredit the pro change movement and it's swell of numbers.

I am a pessimist by nature, seen too many bad things in life to expect good things to happen.... having said that I predict 53.5%..... against the board.... but only 65% to change the 24.9% rule.

I also predict some disruption/distraction/smoke screen by the board.... keep a sharp look out for wooden horses.

Do we trust that they even sent the full list? Knowing bratt and his cronies theyve probably sent half the list.. Ask him where the rest is and he will claim itl be there in 2/3 weeks.

I really don't understand all this "Robbie won't vote as it will damage his PR etc". The vast, vast, vast majority of his/Take That's fan base wouldn't give a shiny *****e if Vale ceased to exist or not, and why would they?!

 

Some RW fan from London is not going to boycott his CDs because his voted at a Port Vale EGM!!!

 

For what minimal impact it would have (and it really would be minimal) I think it would be more damaging to abstain or vote in the boards favour for sure though, yes.
