vat and fiddle just down from the station is castle rock brewery tap. screech owl is their finest ale , also if youre not in colours, worth a visit to the trip to Jerusalem pub and also the salutation inn a bit further up but more of a biker pub with jukebox etc :)

cant wait for this one, surely we must take 1-1.5k fans notts is a cracking day out

Given what's happened (allegedly) with Lofty & Jones surely this is a chance to give Ryan Lloyd a run out? It's about time he had a chance to get down the left wing for us & we could have Dicko behind him.

 

I'd go for Johnson, Yates, 2 from Duffy / Robertson / Davis, Dicko, JMW on the right, Lloyd on the left, Knott & Griff in the middle, Popey & Willo up front. The bench could then have the non-playing defender, Taylor, Shuker, Hugill & whoever else you fancy.

 

I hope we go for the throat and look for a win.

Why does he persist with Tomlin? He'd be O.K. as a winger, but he gives Pope no effective support. Williamson scores a couple, then goes a game without scoring and is immediately dropped. Let's hope Tomlin proves me wrong.

Griff and Davis in for Loft and Jones. Lloyd and a kid I didn't catch the name of on the bench Smith or Swift it sounded like no27.

 

Who is Smith, no. 27? Not listed in Vale's squad on Wiki nor OVF, only on BBC and no profile. Must be one of the development squad, I guess.
