Radio Stoke joke.

So Vale have just beat walsall,even done the double on them,made history.What do you get on RS after the match?????Stoke,Stoke,Stoke and Terry Conroy rattling on.The only mention that i heard was to give the vale score.RS mentioned earlier in the day that Stoke would be on MW,FM & DAB thats swell as being on Sky sports TV.Surely its not to difficult for them to do more of a report on the Vale game and even Crewe game.It isn't only Stoke in this area you know.I can understand that by time you get the managers post match report through that the Chelsea / Stoke game may have already kicked off.But to have no more report than the score line is very very poor.

Did you really expect any different Melv? its not worth moaning about,when stoke have a kick off at 5.30 it always happens,so I aren't really bothered just happy with a Vale win

I probably didn't expect any different.But i just can't see how RS can justify so little from both the Vale and the Crewe game when the Stoke game is on Sky then RS in their deluded way have match coverage on FM,MW & DAB.As i said i can understand about the managers post match report not being on.But there must have been some people to text,phone in.There must be something they could say and not be all Stoke Stoke Stoke.

 

If anyone from Radio Stoke is reading this please feel free to explain on this thread.

To be fair it was exactly the same when Liverpool played Stoke in a early kick off at the start of the Season. Once the Stoke game was over it was straight over to coverage of Vale and Crewe, so don't see how we can moan about this one.

Like I said before, when Liverpool have previously been involved in European games, radio City their main Radio Station don't even provide coverage on FM. So be thankful we have a station that covers a 3rd Division side.

To us exiles the radio Stoke commentry on Valiant player is a great service. Mick Cullerton is as good a commentator as he was a player. Keep up the good work.

I know they get more match coverage and i see why.The point I'm trying to make there was very very little mention of Vale or Crewe it was all Stoke.The Stoke game is on Sky TV.Radio Stoke cover the same match on FM,MW & DAB.Its not a lot to ask to give a little more mention about the other two teams games from the local area.They could have made a point that Vale had just done the double over Walsall and made history in doing so.
