It is good to see Adams saying that they communicate though and the word 'helping' means that in some respects they are capable of working together on some level.

If Adams and Smurthwaite are both trying to improve the performance of the club both on and off the pitch, how about a few more of the supporters joining in, particularly the posters on this thread or are you too concerned to ensure that your gloomy predictions are proved correct.
