Our midfield has needed improving all season. Lines brilliant, Griff not good enough. Lines and Cuvilier = Promotion. How you could suggest Maclean or Dagnall would be better signings is mad. We definitely needed a centre mid over a striker.

 

I actually wish u were right!!! Debuts dont get much more unlucky than flo's today.

Speaking to linesy in the valiant suite at half time he blamed the pitch as it was a similar injury to Duffy no one round them just mushy pitch very easy to twist ligaments

 

Is there a problem with the pitch and the temporary fix they did during the close season? Two bad injuries blamed on the pitch?

 

Hope the lad is okay.

Some are saying they saw him leaving tonight and it's not as bad as it first sounded and they will review it early next week. Fingers crossed.

 

Let's really really hope so. I felt so sorry for him as he got carried off, how unlucky 30 minutes into his debut; he was looking good too. I hate it when players get serious injuries through no fault of their own.

Good job some improvements were made, but higher than average rain this winter that has caused flooding, affects pitches too. Vale Park has always been on the heavy side.
