Do you mean OUR current league 1 team? Which Horton team are you on about? The one that finished 17th in League one? I think we'll beat that. Or are you on about the ones that finished 11th and 14th? Given I think we'll finish between 12th and 15th I'd say it would be a close contest. The Horton team that finished 11th would probably edge it.

 

How would you compare it to the Foyle teams of league one? That would probably be a fairer comparison.

Interesting as all this debate is, the important thing is not how our team compares with Vale teams of old but how they compare with other league 1 teams of present. They are the ones we need to compete with.

Does it matter who we signed 10-15 years ago in comparison to what we signed now?

What are earth are you talking about Chris? How can I compare Foyle's team to Hortons team? Easy, they both managed in league one. The same as Micky will be this coming season yet you seem to want to compare them! Where have I said I loved Foyle's signings?! (Although I did love Constantine and Sodje!
