Surely, if I had a season ticket last year, they would know I have a stub, and they could give me a £20 discount without me having to drive nearly 190 miles return just to hand in my stub. the stub says "season ticket" on it, so they would only need to take personal/postal applications from stub holders that wwre not season ticket stubs.

The girl on the phone said she needed the stub. I suppose I could have paid on the phone and posted the stub in. I decided just to write out a cheque and post it in with my stub. It sounds daft, but there it is. Perhaps they might have had a rethink if you phone up.

Wat is the point of the application form?

 

All you need to do is put your name, address, phone number, DOB, Email and where you want to sit.

 

Surely when you take it in to the shop they type it in to their system. Therefore, you could quite easily tell them. Its the same amount of time.

Also, what about credit card details. For exiles like myself i could print one off and post it but i want to pay by card. How is that possible?

 

It just seems a pointless exercise, unless im still hungover from Saturday and somebody can tell me otherwise?!:D

I take it with this new system of one swipe card for all matches it will stop folk selling there match tickets on here :( .. Another thing, if you are swiping your card yer sen and there is no turnstile operator there's Nowt stopping folk using under 12 or student cards :)
