I was taking photos as part of my MA at the Brighton game, I never thought at the time that the game would be so significant, in the sense it would be almost 20 years before we where looking at an automatic promotion again (touch wood and all that!). I'll have look through my old contact sheets and see if I can find Mr Pope senior running off with that shirt!

my nephew came from leeds to the cheltenham game and went to the kiosk get a pie, he said it was cold and left half of it as it didn,t taste very nice, i told him i dont think catering at kiosk is anything do with vale as i think perry deakin sold the franchise (i stand to be corrected)the sell by date was not very clear it was the 23 or 29 march so hopefully it was the 29th. can you imagine not having a wrights pie for months and having leave half?

I had one it was red hot and came in hygenic packaging. If mine had been cold i would have taken it back and complained.

I don't eat food from the kiosk not for any other reason other than that I don't need any more calories ( ok I'm over weight ).

 

But on two occasions now including the Cheltenham game yesterday the only booze they had was lager which I don't like.

 

If they ran out of cider & bitter yesterday,what chance have we got of getting it right on Burton special offer night ..... Or is it just in Tommies that we can get cheap ale ?? !!

Cheap ale is just on sale at tommys unless you r in the boxes at vale. The beer in the ground will be the normal price.

Have been up this morning (Tuesday) to purchase tickets could not find the kiosk, there was no signage and I asked one of the centre staff, no own knew where it was located.

Announcement over the tannoy yesterday that we now have a partnership with the Potteries Centre and now have a dedicated booth selling Vale tickets.

 

If it anner been mentioned yet.
