Does it matter what team plays, everyone in the squad has had a chance now, and we have well and truly bottled it. we have no pace no desire and no commitment. I would never have contemplated saying this at the turn of the year, but our so called blip has now turned into one awful display after another. Fans who think we will get 5 more wins are in dreamland.

Look at Burton and Cheltenham etc less resources, less crowds, less wage bill, including the managerial team. We need to start to prepare for next season with a clearout, we will not hang on to an automatic place, and we have no momentum for the play offs. We need to resurrect a squad like we had in the first half of the season, players who are commited to the club, that will bring the crowds in, we will not have large crowds watching the dross on offer at the moment.

Neal

Duffy McC Davis Jones if fit otherwise Yates

Birchall Burge Morsy Taylor

Dodds

Pope

Subs; youth team keeper, Chilvers, Shuker, Griff, Hughes, Williamson

I somehow doubt Jones will be fit, I'd like to play wide midfielders who are more likely to put a shift in when we don't have the ball and Birchall and Taylor (as inconsistent as he is) are our best options for that at present. Dodds and Pope just works best for me, especially away from home as Dodds also supplements the midfield. If Burge isn't fit, I'd probably give Shuker a whirl again and let him and Birchall fight it out for who goes wide.

Surely Pope needs resting? He's played almost every minute of every game this season, and he works his socks off. Its unfair that based on previous form he can retain his place in the side regardless of how he's currently playing. Hughes, Dodds and Williamson all need a regular run of games instead of being switched around to accommodate Pope.

Judging by all of your posts you want to lose midfield by playing morsy. Wake up please - he's no where near good enough today proved it.

Judging by your post you slept through the match today and all of the games he ran the midfield with burge.

centre half seems a problem area at the moment we dont seem to be able to pair any of them up to be strong together. we could try purse and duffy in there instead ?

Shuker Morsy Griff Myrie

Hughes Pope

Its easy to see how bad Purse is all he does is lump it forward route one, Boom was passing it to the midfield and letting them pass it through there team.
