When it comes to odds, I've been weighing up the odds of the board losing a vote at the EGM or showing goodwill and changing the rules and costing themselves a shedload of cash.

 

If Mo wins out I lose £20 or so. Big deal. If not, and I have to buy a ST at full price, I lose £60-70.

 

1/3 a Mo victory? Would many people put on a £60 bet on Mo to be in charge by August? To win £20.

 

Quite a few people have gambled that amount of money on Mo being charge by not buying "early bird" season tickets. So, what exactly is your point?

Lets be honest the real true figure will not be seen until people get paid at the end of the month, there is a long weekend and a Morecambe game for them to purchase so all of this, whilst encouraging doesn't really say very much at all.

With todays news about Mo and Mark Sims, I think you'll find more people signing the SEO pledge just to benefit from an even cheaper deal than the "early bird" promotion by the club. If we hit 100-150 sales by the end of this month, I will be surprised.

As usual you miss the glaringly obvious. Most of those who sign the pledge, if Mo/mark dont get control, then they will not lose anything, as they just wont buy one at all.

With this being the only month at the early bird offer, i would have thought the board were banking on at least 1500 of the 4300 season ticket holders renewing this month.

 

Time will tell but i reckon they will get around 350 renewals this month.

 

A large number of fans see SEO as the ONLY way to get rid of the squatters and many are prepared to stick to their guns. The board are going, thats for sure, how soon depends on the proportion sticking to their guns. Lets face it they make a £300k loss if everyone and his dog buy one.

This lot don't have a sodding clue about how the fans genuinely feel, do they? They like to think that it's just a minority on here whipping folk up into a frenzy.
