Sorry, this made my head hurt? Are you saying move Sunderland fans to the Lorne Street?

What's that feeling I'm getting? The opposite of pessimism, not felt it in ages..., oh yeah, optimism. Where have you been old friend?

I'm glad this game is a Sunday, if it was today I wouldn't have been able to make it because I'm out. Being out has included watching Johnny Vegas sing 'The Wonder of You'! It's a sign I tells ya!

What time are pubs open in Burslem?

I will be going at 11 am, Old Post Office open at 10ish

In todays football fest, comparing football pitches,  Mansfield and Grimsby didn't  appear much different to a dry Vale Park. But now Wrexham`s is in view, What you get for £1.7M Grass hybrid and undersoil heating, new drainage and irrigation systems, Prem ready. No doubt the commentators will have lots to say if it rains tomorrow.

It's a shame we couldn't have had the Hamil as the away end, 4500 seats and a nice flat tarmac area outside to park coaches on instead of the away fans wandering all over the area around Bycars lane.

Would have been 10k plus home attendance if this season hadn’t turned out like it has.

Loads have lost interest.

Nice to have a slight bit of excitement in 2026 though.

Do any of the Burslem pubs do a breakfast?

Lol. You have a short memory. I think getting up at 4am to stand in a queue for Exeter tickets was a bit more "faff" than the current ticketing system. It takes me 60 seconds to secure my ticket to home or away games these days. Better than queuing at a cash machine to join a queue to pay at the gate, or heaven forbid try to buy a paper ticket from our super efficient ticket office...

That's all well and good if you have an account or whatever gubbins they insist on. Not everyone wants or agrees with needing to give personal details just to watch a game of football. We should be making it as easy as possible for people to give us their money.

Not sure tbh

Modern ticketing is too much faff. There should be a cash or card turnstile tomorrow for people who decide on the day they fancy going.

It's the same for most other clubs  and they don't seem to have a problem . The current way of buying tickets is super efficient and light years ahead of the way things used to be .

You've had too many strongbows and spent too much time in the sauna .

Great point . As the Russians or AI are probably targeting you. I’d keep your money under your bed. Return your mobile phone and defo stay off the internet
