Brady sees something in Waine i think because hasn't it been said that he has tried to sign him in the past

We know he has bags of pace which might just be a massive asset if he is on the wing

Wide midfield is very different to the wing though. He will have a lot more to do defensively then when he’s playing right if a front three. He has pace and is willing to run but he’s very out of position.

Waine (and Hall tbf) have the pace for tracking back, I quite like this setup for me.

Really happy to see Gauci back in. Great keeper, miles ahead of Amos. Glad to see debs not involved as well. Hopefully he’s off as well as Curtis

Isnt Johnson really a winger? Could he be an option further forward?

Could be, but Aussie Brady tried to sign Kiwi Waine three times before. Waine will be first choice at least to begin with.
Not at all surprised Gauchi starts either

Prediction time.

Vale 2-0 for me.

Stockley to score header, Waine with an assist.

You need to download Sportsfire onto your stick mate !! [emoji23]

That’s true but you also have to have the effort and positional sense.

How could you possibly fail in an attempt to sign Ben Waine 3 times!!

Even though I like waine and think there is something there with him that’s got be post of the day 😂

Positional sense is the question, both are more on the attacking side.

Hall has impressed me with his defensive work, with Waine we haven't really seen enough to say.

For me it’s the other way around. When they were playing 3 up top I’ve seen Waine try and get back, whereas Hall was caught lacking a lot leaving Kyle John 2 v 1.
