I think Jon Brady will live up to his stated strengths and put effort into developing the players he has in the squad.

Ruari Paton has improved his standards with every move he has made, including improving now he has come back to Vale this season. 

What’s to say that a different coaching approach couldn’t help Ruari develop still further?

I'm confident that Brady will get more out of every single player than Moore got out.

Paton needs a run of games up.front , mate 

Darren never played him consistently up there was either stuck out on the wing or playing him as a number 10 or sticking him on the bench & G Hall could end up being a revelation if he's played as an attacking midfielder let's see what happens

For me mate there is a reason he did play him up front.

His game isn’t not good enough to be a 9. His movement, link up play, pace, anticipation, aggression is not of Cole’s standard and he certainly can’t hold the ball up and win headers like Stockley. 

He’s much better player in space which is why he has to be shifted left and then  as a 10 but had a run of games and is just not good enough.

Lovely delivery on set-pieces, after that he offers very very little during the game.
