An attendance of near 3000 for this tinpot competition, in the first round, is a great effort.

I personally was expecting no more than 2,000 for this game as the first round (in fact any round) of this trophy is dire attendabce wise. So pleased in that respect.

First half was solid if not a little tedious, evenly matched with few chances. Different game second half. Blatant penalty for me before the first goal, and thought we more than deserved the comfortable win in the end.

Morsy needs to calm down a bit otherwise he is going to get some red cards and the points are going to rack up very quickly. Thought the centre backs never put a foot wrong, and with a striker we could be a great outfit.

Only problem is, even if we did get a striker who would you drop?

Just hope JMW can now carry some of this confidence into league game on Saturday. Could be special for us!

100% agree that we are playing some really nice football and that it would be a dilemma as to who got dropped however I do worry about us scoring enough goals

I think you have to try and rotate between pope and dodds tbh. I feel Pope gives you more across 90 minutes than Dodds has done to date, but a tough call... If either of those 2 are going to stay in the team they need to be scoring or setting the other one up
