I agree. Big event on Saturday with meet the players etc followed by civic celebration so can't image letting anything out before then. But what do I know? !

Looks like at least some of the players are in Ibiza at the moment anyway from what Vale have just posted on Twitter so would expect next week after the civic reception will be when it’s released.

Don't get people wanting us to sign Cover. He was barely good enough in League 2, never mind in League 1. Hardly played for Fleetwood after signing for them. Just because you know someone's name doesn't mean they're a good signing.

They still have a basic wage which then gets topped up when they play footballers dont have zero hours contracts,so money would still come out of some teams budget..... surely you are joking about Wilson....... i mean next you will want us to sign Jordan Rhodes ......................................... oh

I don't intend to keep singling him out but how we managed to sell him for a FEE after he got 2 in 38 for us before being sold still blows my mind, as does Cambridge offering a 3 year deal with an option on a 4th.

 

Loft is clearly then improving with age and you can see why Cambridge paid good cash for him.

A 3 year deal with an option for a fourth season could see him as good as 2 in 22 during his 4th season at the rate he's progressing. ☺️

He was one of our stand out performers at the start of the season he was different gravy his form dwindled a bit before he was sent back but , I like him he's pacey , gets forward at every opportunity and chips In with a few goals and to be fair his defensive frailties can be worked on and improved  with the coaching staff

I thought Cover was a very tidy little player. Only a young lad & had a great touch. Remember that goal he scored earlier in the season where he just dinks it. I'd be surprised if we aren't after him & I'd welcome it myself.

Taylor Allen from Walsall, 10 goals & 7 assists from a defender is no mean feat, even at L2 level. Good age as well, only 24.

I'd be looking at him when Walsall fluff playoffs.
